Description This individual will be providing support to the end users onsite. They will mainly be supporting their eClinicalWorks application and their Electronic Health Records (EHR) and electronic health exchange (EHX) applications. Their responsibilities can be broken down into three main areas: Technical Support - Serves as primary point of contact for all issues and requests relating to eCW. - Responds to end-user requests for issue resolution. Creates and monitors support tickets with eCW
