Collaborate directly with agency technical leads, the DBA team and Oracle Support on infrastructure-level issues.
Produce and present program documentation and briefings to PMO leadership.
Qualifications:

Strong documentation and presentation skills for program-level solution architecture

Groovy scripting for business rules, automation, and save rules within Oracle EPM
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI): tenancy, OAM/OID configuration
Experience supporting DoD financial programs (DoW, DLA, or similar defense agencies)
Familiarity with PPBE budget cycles, fund accounting, and NGRMS reporting
