🎓 REQUIREMENTS

⭐ Bachelor''''s degree in Communications, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
⭐ Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and best practices
⭐ Excellent stakeholder communication and influencing skills
⭐ Strong facilitation, coaching, organizational, and project management skills
⭐ Experience managing large-scale organizational change initiatives

💡 RESPONSIBILITIES
🔹 Lead change management activities across multiple concurrent initiatives
🔹 Conduct change impact assessments and develop detailed change plans
🔹 Identify resistance, risks, and organizational obstacles
🔹 Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans
🔹 Create engaging presentations, newsletters, emails, and intranet content
