Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Management Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Lead requirements elicitation, process analysis, user story development, and acceptance criteria definition for business and technology initiatives.
- Analyze system and process impacts, data flows, integrations, and operational requirements to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Facilitate Agile activities and coordinate with product, development, testing, and business teams to support effective delivery.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing, functional validation, release activities, and stakeholder communications throughout the solution lifecycle.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
5+ years of experience in business analysis, requirements management, process analysis, and technology solution delivery, including 3–5 years in Agile environments.
