JOB SUMMARY: To provide service facilities, field support personnel and aircraft operators with technical assistance. Provides technical and engineering coordination between the customer, Marketing and Engineering/Manufacturing. Prepares technical proposals and problem summaries for company-wide usage. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Responds to incoming phone and email questions about maintaining and operating Textron Aviation aircraft Organizes, writes, and prepares technical data and problem summaries
