As a Recruitment Delivery Manager, I am responsible for team direction and leadership including hiring, client management, team performance efficiency and strategic direction, issue resolution and the implementation of the overall Recruitment strategy to ensure the team is performing at the levels expected by each client and as defined in the service level agreements of each engagement. Reporting to the AVP/Account Managers. I will be responsible for driving best practice and strive to be an ambassador for the Talent Group at every interaction.
