Kevin Welch

As a Recruiter I have had the opportunity to connect many talented people with new career opportunities and dream jobs. Engaging with talented individuals, learning about their needs and wants in a career, and finding the right role for them is what I love most about recruiting. I have been a Recruiter since 2008 and have worked with many brilliant individuals such as Java Developers, Cyber experts, Data Scientists, Risk Analysts, Financial Analysts, and many more in the IT and Banking industry. Over the years I have connected with people from around the world for unique and exciting careers in Chicago and Salt Lake City. Today I am lucky enough to be a part of one of the nation’s premier financial services companies, Zions Bancorporation. As a Corporate/IT Recruiter at Zions Bancorporation I partner with my colleagues in Enterprise Technology, Information Security, Data and many other groups to find exceptional talent that is seeking an established company where one can grow professionally and align their skills with career objectives. When I am not acting as a recruiter or talent advisor I enjoy taking advantage of the beautiful mountains in Utah by skiing and hiking.
