Matt Waters

As a Recruiter I have had the opportunity to connect many talented people with new career opportunities and dream jobs. Engaging with talented individuals and finding the right role for them is what I love most about recruiting. Today I am lucky enough to be a part of one of the nation’s premier financial services companies, Zions Bancorporation. As a Corporate Recruiter at Zions Bancorporation I’ve partnered with my colleagues in IT, Treasury Management, National Real Estate, Loan Operations, and many other groups to find exceptional talent that is seeking an established company where one can grow professionally and align their skills with career objectives. I am committed to providing excellent customer service to our hiring managers and applicants, and I'm passionate about finding the top talent within our footprint and providing them with the opportunity to become part of a fantastic team. If you are looking for a new opportunity, please reach out to me!
