The Software Engineer 3 will support moderately complex software engineering initiatives as part of Enterprise AI Platform team. This role contributes to the design, development, and enhancement of AI-enabled tools and reusable components while operating under guidance from senior engineers. The engineer will collaborate closely with platform, product, and application teams to help scale AI adoption across the enterprise while learning enterprise engineering standards, governance, and responsible AI practices.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Contribute to software engineering deliverables supporting the enterprise AI platform
- Design, code, test, debug, and document features under guidance
- Support development of AI-enabled workflows and tools
- Assist with analysis of technical challenges requiring evaluation of multiple variables
- Collaborate with engineers, product partners, and stakeholders
- Follow enterprise engineering standards, SDLC, and compliance requirements
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and sprint execution
- Learn and apply best practices for AI platforms, governance, and risk awareness
