Seeking a
Lead Software Engineer (SE4) to join a horizontal enablement team responsible for building and evolving an
enterprise AI platform. This team delivers reusable AI capabilities, shared tools, and agentic architectures that accelerate AI adoption across business lines. The role is highly visible and requires strong full-stack engineering depth combined with hands-on AI platform experience. Engineers in this role lead complex initiatives, define standards, and partner across the enterprise to deliver scalable AI-enabled solutions.

- Agentic architectures
- LangGraph
- Multi-agent orchestration patterns
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Lead companywide, high-impact technology initiatives
- Design, code, test, debug, and document large-scale full-stack solutions
- Define and influence engineering standards and best practices
- Review and analyze complex technical challenges requiring advanced judgment
- Provide architecture leadership for AI-enabled solutions
- Collaborate with senior engineers, architects, and external partners
- Mentor engineers and lead projects or workstreams
- Drive adoption of reusable AI components across teams
- Balance fast-moving innovation with enterprise compliance and controls
