Summary
As an Entry Level Business Analyst you will join cross-functional teams to support requirement elicitation, process documentation, and foundational data analysis. This role is designed for entry level candidates or early-career professionals who are motivated to learn business analysis frameworks, stakeholder management, and reporting fundamentals while contributing to real projects.
Responsibilities
Elicit and document business and functional requirements through interviews, workshops, and observation.
Create process maps, user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirement artifacts.
Support data collection, cleansing, and basic analysis to validate business assumptions.
Prepare stakeholder-ready presentations, status updates, and requirement traceability matrices.
Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), coordinate defect logging, and verify fixes.
Maintain documentation repositories and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to small groups.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with basic SQL or BI tools is a plus.
