Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Business Analyst.
This role is ideal for individuals looking to restart their careers in IT after a break. The candidate will support business operations by gathering requirements, analyzing data, and helping drive business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Assist in translating business needs into functional specifications
Support data analysis, reporting, and interpretation of business trends
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, product, and operations
Participate in meetings, requirement discussions, and project planning sessions
Help identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for process improvements
Maintain clear and organized documentation for projects and workflows
Support testing activities such as UAT (User Acceptance Testing)

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, IT, Finance, or related field
0 1 year of experience (internships, academic projects, or training programs are acceptable)
Candidates with career breaks who are looking to restart in IT are strongly encouraged to apply
Basic understanding of business analysis concepts and SDLC
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred Skills:

Basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis tools
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
