Junior Business Systems Analyst

Title: Junior Business Systems Analyst Retail Planning & Allocation (Contract to Hire)

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 9 months Contract to Hire

We re hiring a Junior Business Systems Analyst to support retail planning and allocation systems for a large retail organization. This is an excellent opportunity for earlycareer candidates looking to grow their functional and technical skills within retail technology.

What You ll Do:

• Support retail planning and allocation business processes
• Work closely with merchandising, planning, and IT partners
• Assist with requirements gathering, story writing, and system documentation
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (scrum, sprint planning, demos)
• Provide user support and help train stakeholders on system updates
• Analyze retail and inventory data to support decision making

What We re Looking For:

• Bachelor s degree in Business, IT, Analytics, or related field
• 0 2 years of experience in retail, business analysis, or data/operations roles
• Understanding of retail planning concepts (assortment, budget, volume, allocation)
• Strong communication and problemsolving skills
• Experience with Jira or Agile tools is a plus
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment
