Position Summary

We are seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Integrations Consultant with a focus on Fast Formula development to support a public sector Oracle HCM Cloud implementation. Working under moderate oversight, you will design, develop, configure, and test integrations and Fast Formulas across Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence, Benefits, and Core HR. You will produce technical documentation, support SIT/UAT defect resolution, and work closely with functional teams to turn business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and troubleshoot Fast Formulas across Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence, Benefits, and Core HR.
• Support design, development, configuration, and testing of Oracle HCM Cloud integrations under moderate oversight.
• Configure and troubleshoot integrations built on OIC, HDL/HSDL, HCM Extracts, and REST/SOAP web services.
• Produce technical design and data mapping documentation, mapping functional requirements to interface specifications.
• Maintain end-to-end traceability between requirements, design, and test results.
• Build and support BI Publisher/OTBI extracts used by integrations.
• Apply integration security concepts, including SFTP, OAuth, SSL/TLS, and certificates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical defects during SIT and UAT.
• Collaborate with functional teams and communicate technical status and issues to functional stakeholders and clients.

Required Qualifications

• 3 5 years of Oracle HCM Cloud technical and integration experience.
• At least one full-lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementation.
• Strong hands-on experience developing and troubleshooting Fast Formulas, OIC integrations, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, and REST/SOAP web services.
• Experience documenting technical designs, mapping functional requirements to interface specifications, and maintaining end-to-end traceability.
• Working knowledge of BI Publisher/OTBI extracts, XML, JSON, and SFTP.
• Working knowledge of integration security concepts, including OAuth, SSL/TLS, and certificates.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues during SIT and UAT.
• Effective communication with functional stakeholders and clients.

Mandatory Skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle Integration Cloud certification.
• Experience supporting government or public sector implementations.
• Government contracting experience.

Additional Requirements

• U.S. Citizen; must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Strong consulting skills and the ability to support delivery in a regulated, client-facing environment.
