Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Developer with strong expertise in Fast Formula development and Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions. The consultant will be responsible for developing, supporting, troubleshooting, and enhancing Oracle Cloud HCM solutions for a federal client.

Core Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formulas based on business requirements.
• Develop and customize Fast Formulas for Payroll, Absence Management, Benefits, Compensation, Time & Labor, and other HCM modules.
• Analyze functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Fast Formula errors, calculation issues, and production defects.
• Work closely with Oracle HCM Functional teams and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Support integrations and data flows between Oracle HCM Cloud and external applications.
• Develop and support HCM extracts, interfaces, reports, and other technical components as required.
• Perform unit testing, defect resolution, regression testing, and production support.
• Prepare technical documentation for formulas, configurations, integrations, and support procedures.
• Follow federal client security, documentation, and development standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of Oracle HCM technical development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Fast Formula.
• Experience developing Fast Formulas for one or more of the following:
• Oracle Cloud Payroll
• Absence Management
• Benefits
• Compensation
• Time & Labor
• Global Human Resources
• Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture and technical components.
• Experience with HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle HCM integrations.
• Strong SQL/PLSQL experience.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM integrations using REST/SOAP APIs is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, testing, and production-support experience.
• Prior U.S. federal government project experience is required.
