Job Title: Business Analyst
Location: Boston, MA 02210
Duration: Contract - 12 months, Project targeted to conclude by end of 2027.
Pay Range: $43/hr $46/hr (W2)

Job Description
We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in FactSet, performance and risk analytics, and institutional client asset servicing and a proven ability to translate business requirements into actionable solutions and oversee successful implementation.
Responsibilities:
- Perform and coordinate analysis and design of business systems aligned to client needs.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of assigned customer groups from business and technical perspectives.
- Capture business requirements, document specifications, and shepherd delivery through implementation.
- Develop and execute systems testing and validate deliverables against requirements.
- Act as liaison between business user groups and technical systems teams.
- Review client inquiries and change requests and coordinate responses.
- Communicate with offshore reporting teams responsible for production and provide quality control of deliverables.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- FactSet experience focused on performance and risk analytics.
- Understanding of institutional client asset servicing processes and controls.
- Demonstrated ability to gather requirements, produce functional specifications, and manage implementation.
- Experience executing system and user acceptance testing and ensuring quality of deliverables.
- Strong communication skills to interface with business users and technology teams, including offshore coordination.
- 3-6 years of relevant business analysis experience.
Preferred Skills:
- CFA, CIPM, or CAIA professional designations.
