What will your day look like?

As a Business Analyst, you will:

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for enterprise applications, reporting systems, and data platforms

• Translate business needs into functional requirements and technology solutions

• Partner with technical teams throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure successful delivery

• Support business-critical production systems and assist with issue investigation and resolution

• Collaborate with business users to improve workflows, processes, reporting capabilities, and operational effectiveness

• Develop and maintain business requirements documents, functional specifications, process flows, use cases, and testing documentation

• Participate in testing, validation, implementation, and release activities

• Coordinate with stakeholders and technology partners to support system enhancements and project initiatives

• Analyze operational challenges and recommend process and technology improvements

• Support ongoing data quality, reporting accuracy, and platform performance initiatives

• Act as a subject matter expert for assigned business processes and application areas

• Drive continuous improvement efforts across business workflows, reporting processes, and technology solutions

• Help ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery efforts

You will be a good fit for this role if you have:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

• 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Systems Analysis, Systems Analysis, or related roles

• Strong experience supporting enterprise applications, reporting systems, analytics platforms, or business-critical technology solutions

• Proven ability to gather, document, and manage complex business requirements

• Experience creating functional specifications, business requirements documents, use cases, process flows, and test plans

• Experience supporting production applications and operational business processes

• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and best practices

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities

• Experience working with SQL and relational database technologies

• Technical aptitude with the ability to collaborate effectively with development and engineering teams

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and competing business needs in a fast-paced environment

• Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
