Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain Program Manager to lead operational execution, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional delivery for a large-scale Supply Chain Risk Intelligence initiative within a leading technology organization.
This is not a traditional PMO position. The ideal candidate will function as a Chief of Staff for a highly technical program, driving accountability across multiple organizations, removing execution roadblocks, coordinating complex initiatives, and ensuring strategic programs are delivered on time.
The successful candidate will combine strong program management expertise with supply chain operations knowledge, data governance experience, AI productivity awareness, and exceptional executive communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex cross-functional programs involving multiple business and technical teams.
- Drive stakeholder alignment, ownership, and accountability across organizational boundaries.
- Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and execution plans.
- Coordinate Supply Chain Risk Intelligence initiatives from planning through production delivery.
- Support data governance, data quality, and reporting initiatives.
- Translate business objectives into executable program roadmaps.
- Partner with business, engineering, operations, sourcing, and analytics teams.
- Facilitate executive-level status reporting and KPI tracking.
- Identify program risks early and proactively drive mitigation strategies.
- Utilize AI productivity tools to improve operational efficiency and program execution.
