  • Establish and maintain consistent definitions, governance standards, and auditing processes to ensure a trusted single source of truth
  • Drive automation and reduce reliance on static reporting by enabling scalable, self-service tools
  • Promote data literacy across Talent Acquisition by coaching stakeholders on leveraging dashboards and insights effectively
  • Partner with Finance, GPA, and People Analytics to align on headcount planning inputs and reporting standards
  • Lead and develop the Americas D&A team (2 direct reports), building a scalable operating model for both steady-state reporting and strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate with EMEA and APAC D&A leads to ensure global consistency in recruiting metrics, tools, and innovation
  • Manage intake, prioritization, and delivery of regional analytics requests, balancing impact, feasibility, and strategic alignment
  • Lead survey design, execution, and analysis for Recruiting Experience and Program Experience initiatives (e.g., SA, AC/ACI, ETR)
  • Translate survey outcomes into actionable recommendations to improve candidate experience and recruiting effectiveness
