Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Techno-Functional Lead with strong hands-on expertise in PeopleSoft FSCM architecture, development, customization, integrations, and production support. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge along with functional understanding of Finance and Supply Chain business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead PeopleSoft FSCM architecture, design, development, and support.
  • Manage end-to-end technical delivery and enterprise integrations.
  • Lead onsite and offshore development and support teams.
  • Handle production issues, incident resolution, RCA, and release management.
  • Ensure application performance, scalability, coding standards, and SLA adherence.
  • Coordinate with business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams.
  • Drive application modernization, automation, and continuous improvement.
Required Skills:
  • 10+ years of experience in Oracle PeopleSoft.
  • Strong PeopleSoft FSCM technical and techno-functional expertise.
  • Hands-on experience with PeopleTools, Application Engine, and SQR.
  • Expertise in Integration Broker, Component Interfaces, Web Services, and APIs.
  • Strong Oracle Database and enterprise integration experience.
  • Understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, and HR business processes.
  • Experience in ADM, production support, and onsite/offshore team management.
MUST-HAVE SKILLS:
  • PeopleSoft FSCM
  • PeopleTools
  • Integration Broker
  • PeopleSoft Financials (AP/AR/GL
