Summary

Required Qualifications

3 5 years of experience with Minimum 1-year handson experience with Workday Financial Management.
Experience working in insurance or financial services environments.
Experience with insurance policy, claims, or billing systems.
Proven experience in quality assurance testing (test case creation, execution, defect management).
Strong understanding of financial systems, accounting processes, and controls.
Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery models.
Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with system integrations and data flows (e.g., financial feeds).
Familiarity with audit, or regulatory compliance requirements.
Experience supporting Workday releases and regression testing cycles.

Duties-The role serves as a liaison between Finance, Operations, Compliance, QA, and Technology teams, ensuring system solutions align with business needs, regulatory requirements, and operational efficiency.
The FSA will actively support insurance financial processes (e.g., general ledger, AP, expense management, allocations, reporting), contribute to system enhancements and integrations, and perform handson quality assurance testing to ensure solution accuracy, data integrity, and audit readiness.
