We are currently seeking a highly skilled Permanent Permitting Specialist to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is well-versed in the telecom industry and has a strong background in permitting, project coordination, and project tracking. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy with a proficiency in Excel. This role is integral to our operations and will contribute significantly to the successful execution of our projects.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Permitting Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Managing all aspects of the permitting process, including applications, renewals, and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
2. Coordinating with various departments to ensure project timelines are met and the permitting process is completed efficiently.
3. Utilizing technology to track project progress, maintain accurate records, and generate comprehensive reports.
4. Liaising with government agencies, contractors, and other stakeholders to expedite the permitting process.
5. Identifying potential issues or delays in the permitting process and implementing effective solutions.
6. Providing expert advice and guidance on permitting requirements and regulations.
7. Collaborating with team members to improve processes and procedures related to permitting and project coordination.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate should have the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the telecom industry, specifically in permitting, project coordination, and project tracking.
2. Extensive knowledge of local, state, and federal permitting regulations.
3. Proficiency in Excel and other project management software.
4. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
6. A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
7. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
