Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree. Five years of experience in software development and systems analysis are required. Additional work related experience in software development and systems analysis may substitute for the required college education on a year-for-year basis.

This is a technical posiiton within the Division of Regulatory & Utility Services in the Communications, Information & Technology Department (CITD). This unit supports highly complex, mission critical .Net based applications and vendor packages with various interfaces, both internal and external to the County. This position is responsible for business processes and the impact of modifications to any of the above-mentoned applications. This position involves working cooperatively and professionally with technical staff, customers and with other members of the team.
Experience with the following is preferred:
- C#; ASP.NET; ADO.NET; EF; .NET framework V4 and above; .NET Core; HTML5/CSS and responsive UI; JavaScript/Typescript and/or Modern UI frameworks, MVC architecture; Web Services and XML/JSON, SQL Server and/or Oracle; SSRS; Crystal Reports; SSIS; Power BI; Git; Job Schedulers such as Hangfire or Control-M; Scrum Agile Methodologies; RESTful API''s
