Job Title: MarTech Lead

Job Location: New York City, NY

Job Type: Contract

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $95hr - $100hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Analytics, or related field.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 9+ years of experience in Marketing Strategy, Marketing Technology Consulting, Digital Transformation, Customer Experience Strategy, and Marketing Operations.
  • Experience leading enterprise-scale martech initiatives within financial services, consulting, or highly regulated industries.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional transformation programs.
  • Experience developing executive-level business cases and strategic recommendations.

Nice to Have:

  • Financial services marketing experience.
  • Experience operating within highly regulated environments.
  • Understanding of wealth management and institutional client journeys.
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in marketing.
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Knowledge of customer identity, consent management, and privacy frameworks.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Marketing Technology Architecture.
  • Customer Data Platforms (CDP).
  • CRM ecosystems.
  • Marketing Automation Platforms.
  • Digital Analytics.

  • Experience with platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Tealium, Segment, Google Analytics 4.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable influencing senior executives and stakeholders.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Ability to translate between business requirements and technical solutions.
  • Understanding of enterprise architecture and data ecosystems.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Strong change management and organizational influence skills.
