Job Overview:
Our client is seeking a Change Manager with experience in change implementations and expertise in change principles and application. In this role, candidate will support strategic goals within Customer Technology Services by defining and executing end-to-end change plans to minimize disruption and increase end-user adoption across business and technical functions.
The Opportunity:
As a Change Manager, candidate will be a key member supporting one or more initiatives that impact strategic goals in Customer Technology Services. candidate will partner with program managers, product managers, and subject matter experts to define and execute end-to-end change plans that support the business goals of acquisition integrations and other strategic programs to minimize disruption and increase end-user adoption across business and technical functions.
What candidate ll Do:
Partner with another resource, the Field Readiness and Enablement team, and the broader team to execute the following for the Net Dollar Retention Program:
- Develop and strengthen relationships, collaborating with executive sponsors, program team members, and functional partners to ensure organizational change for programs is planned and executed optimally.
- Engage with business and IT team members to ensure cross-team and multi-functional collaboration and alignment.
- Assess the magnitude of a given change and recommend the appropriate level of engagement to successfully minimize disruption and drive adoption.
- Deliver on all areas of change including end-user identification and engagement, change impacts and readiness, communications at all levels, training assessment and development, anticipating and addressing resistance, and reinforcement.
- Drive continuous improvement, incorporating feedback and lessons learned into updated Change and Program Management processes and tools.
- Review and update all Change Agent Network materials including network communications, meeting content, and facilitation report outs.
- Develop and execute plans for ongoing engagement.
- Review and update all training materials created to date regarding sales enablement, sales forecasting, SLM, and dictionaries.
- Support creation of new training materials for adjustment tools, partner programs, and native CRM reporting changes.
- Author and coordinate for review all communication to stakeholders regarding program phases such as data clean-up, dual reporting, GTM planning kickoff, and post-release support.
- Manage, update, and maintain personas of impacted users through continual partnership with SMEs and impacted end-users.
- Capture, validate, and document change impacts by persona while identifying risks, issues, and gaps.
- Revise training and communication plans in alignment with finance change efforts, enablement, and end-user support desks.
- Facilitate training for a basic understanding to sales managers, forecasting teams, partner managers, and finance support.
- Develop and report on adoption metrics.
- Support hyper-care activities including post-release support, office hours, and training materials revision.
What candidate need to succeed:
- Delivery focused mindset with a natural propensity for action in times of ambiguity.
- Practical experience with organizational change management, including people, process, and technology change implementations.
- Proven expertise in change principles and application, including at least 5+ years of relevant experience; certification is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for a variety of audiences using multiple formats including email, PPT, newsletters, video, and infographics.
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to establish and maintain relationships.
- Ability to motivate and influence others to move toward a common vision or goal without authority or a direct reporting relationship.
- Flexibility and resourcefulness; resilience in ambiguous situations.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across various functions and levels in an organization.
- Technical capability and demonstrated use of metrics and analytics.
