Job Description- Manage eDiscovery platforms and tools to support litigation processes efficiently.
- Provide technical guidance to legal teams on eDiscovery workflows and best practices.
- Assist in data collection, processing, and review to ensure compliance with legal standards.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate case-related technology needs.
- Ensure proper documentation and tracking of all eDiscovery activities.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to litigation technology systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in eDiscovery and litigation support.
- Support the implementation of new technologies and processes to improve efficiency.

- Proficiency in managing eDiscovery platforms and tools.
- Relativity Certified
- Experience with Everlaw
- Strong understanding of litigation workflows and processes.
- Excellent technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate with legal teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of emerging trends in the business services industry.
