Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce development, customization, and integration, with hands-on experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. This role requires proficiency in Apex, Triggers, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce applications and customizations.
• Build and maintain scalable solutions using Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Configure and customize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to meet business requirements.
• Develop and optimize SOQL queries, workflows, validation rules, and automation processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, administrators, and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performance bottlenecks, and system defects.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
• Support application enhancements, upgrades, and platform releases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Development and customization.
• Expertise in:
  • Sales Cloud
  • Service Cloud
  • Experience Cloud
  • Apex
  • Triggers
  • SOQL
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Experience with Salesforce security models, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and best practices.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II Certification.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools, CI/CD processes, and version control systems.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform and modern UI development.
