Summary

Collinwood is assisting our client, a growing entertainment/hospitality company, in their effort to engage an experienced Payroll Systems Analyst (with UKG) to support the administration, maintenance, and optimization of payroll and human resources systems. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring data accuracy, supporting system integrations, generating reports, maintaining compliance, and assisting with system enhancements and new business implementations.

What you will do:

· Monitor daily integrations between Workday and UKG (UltiPro) to ensure successful processing and data accuracy.

· Investigate integration errors, validate employee data, and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

· Perform manual data entry and execute mass data updates through file imports when necessary.

· Communicate daily employee transactions, including new hires, rehires, terminations, and employee changes, to the payroll team.

· Conduct audits of employee records to ensure data integrity and compliance with company standards.

· Reconcile employee data between Workday, UKG, and related systems to identify and correct inconsistencies.

· Maintain system documentation, process guides, and user procedures.

· Generate and analyze standard and ad hoc reports for Payroll, Human Resources, Benefits, Finance, and Accounting teams.

· Administer payroll system configuration, including security settings, workflows, and business processes.

What we need from you:

· Experience working with HRIS, payroll, or workforce management systems, preferably UKG (UltiPro) and Workday.

· Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve data discrepancies.

· Experience managing employee data, imports, exports, and system audits.

· Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including data validation and reconciliation.

· Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
