Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Scottsdale, AZ that is seeking a Senior UKG Workforce Systems Analyst.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Configure and maintain UKG Pro modules (Timekeeping, WFM, etc.), including workflows, business rules, security settings, and system preferences
* Manage system configurations such as tables, fields, user access, roles, and permissions
* Ensure system updates, patches, and enhancements are properly tested and implemented
* Administer integrations between UKG Pro and internal/external systems (e.g., Workday).
* Monitor automated data feeds, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity
* Partner with IT and vendors to design and maintain APIs, SFTP processes, and middleware connections
* Act as a primary point of contact for UKG Pro system support and enhancements
* Troubleshoot functional and technical issues and coordinate with vendors for resolution
* Identify opportunities to optimize processes and maximize system capabilities
* Maintain system documentation, including configurations, data flows, and SOPs
* Collaborate with HR, Operations, Payroll, and IT to translate business needs into system solutions
* Provide training and support to end users, including creation of documentation and job aids
* Participate in cross-functional initiatives related to HR and operational systems
* Develop, maintain, and enhance reports and dashboards using UKG Pro tools or Data Hub
* Deliver actionable insights to HR, Finance, Operations, and leadership
* Translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions
* Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience with UKG Pro configuration, reporting, and/or administration
* Experience completing at least one full implementation of UKG Pro Timekeeping or Advanced Scheduling, and integration with Workday or UKG Pro Payroll
* Experience managing integrations and troubleshooting data feeds is necessary
* Strong reporting/analytics skills within UKG Pro (BI, Data Hub, or equivalent)
* Understanding of HR, payroll, or workforce management processes
* Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
* Able to translate technical concepts into non-technical language for diverse audiences
* Ability to work efficiently under pressure, meet deadlines accurately, and maintain a professional demeanor while working independently is crucial
* Exceptional customer service skills are required, including the ability to manage and respond effectively to various customer situations while maintaining a positive and professional attitude
* Demonstrate strong troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to take calculated risks
* Adaptability to change requirements is essential
* Maintaining confidentiality, treating others with respect, and upholding company values are fundamental expectations
* Experience with APIs, SFTP, or HR integrations middleware preferred
* Familiarity with HR data governance, security, and compliance standards preferred
* Project or change management experience preferred
* Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point and Visio.
* Experience with Tableau a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
