Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Support Consultant with expertise in Accounts Payable (AP), Payments, and Cash Management. The candidate will support a global ERP Fusion instance, providing end-to-end production support, troubleshooting issues, configuring enhancements, and managing integrations for a support project.
Key Responsibilities:
Production Support & Troubleshooting: Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle Fusion AP and Payments modules, resolving tickets within agreed SLA timelines.
Functional Configuration: Support ongoing changes in AP invoice processing, payment methods, payment file formats (XML/ISO), bank integrations, and tax configurations.
Technical support: Provide with support technically to resolve issues in OTBI, BI and OIC integrations wherever applicable.
Month-End Support: Assist finance users with month-end closing processes, reconciliation, and troubleshooting subledger accounting (SLA) issues.
Third party support: Collaborate with Oracle Support to raise Service Requests (SRs) and follow up to resolution.
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience: 8+ years of experience in Oracle ERP, with at least 2-3 years directly on Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
Domain Expertise: Strong functional knowledge of AP, Payments, Cash Management, and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle.
Technical Proficiencies: Hands-on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, and OTBI, OIC.
Integration Knowledge: Experience in OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) and FBDI/ADFDI for data loads.
Support Experience: Prior experience in a managed services or production support environment.
Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with onsite-offshore teams and US stakeholders.
