The OpportunityWe are partnering with organizations in St. Johns that are seeking Reliability Engineers. Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement reliability strategies for manufacturing equipment.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and recurring issues.
- Lead and participate in Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) for new and existing processes.
- Optimize preventive maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance (PdM) programs.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to improve asset uptime and reduce costs.
- Implement and manage asset criticality assessments to prioritize maintenance efforts.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on equipment reliability and maintainability.
Recommended Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field.
- 3+ years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of reliability tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, RCA, RCM, Weibull analysis).
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement data-driven improvements.
Bonus Qualifications- Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or similar certification.
- Experience with advanced data analytics tools (e.g., Python, R) for predictive modeling.
- Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and their application in reliability (e.g., IoT sensors, digital twins).
- Project management experience, particularly with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
