Reliability Engineer | Delta Township, MI

Salary Range: $78,000 - $118,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Delta Township that are seeking skilled Reliability Engineers. These organizations are dedicated to maintaining high standards and are looking for professionals who can contribute effectively. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies.
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures.
  • Optimize maintenance procedures and spare parts inventory.
  • Lead and facilitate Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
  • Monitor equipment performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on reliability projects.
  • Implement and track key reliability metrics (MTBF, MTTR, OEE).

Recommended Qualifications

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with predictive maintenance (PdM) technologies such as vibration analysis, thermography, or oil analysis.
  • Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or similar certification.
  • Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis and automation.
  • Experience with CMMS/EAM systems beyond basic data entry (e.g., system configuration, report generation, integration).
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
