Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement reliability strategies for manufacturing equipment.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and recurring issues.
- Lead Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) sessions to identify potential failure points.
- Optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve asset uptime.
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to implement reliability solutions.
- Evaluate new technologies and methodologies to enhance equipment reliability.
Recommended Qualifications- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Bonus Qualifications- Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) certification.
- Experience with predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, R, Python for data analysis).
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts and their application in manufacturing reliability.
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software.
