About the Role

In this role, you will provide expert consultation on complex, large-scale software engineering initiatives. You'll analyze and address multi-faceted challenges that require deep technical insight and strategic thinking. Your work will influence critical decisions and help shape solutions that meet compliance, policy, and business objectives.
What You'll Do

Consult on high-impact software engineering projects involving broad planning and execution.
Review and analyze complex technical challenges, including unprecedented or intangible factors.
Develop and recommend solutions for multi-dimensional issues requiring strong functional knowledge.
Collaborate strategically with client teams to ensure alignment with goals and compliance requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, or equivalent experience through a combination of:
- Professional work or consulting
- Training or education
- Military experience

Preferred Skills

Proficiency with Harness, GitHub Actions, and OpenShift Container Platform
Strong programming skills in Ruby, Python, and Shell scripting
