About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior SDET / Selenium Engineer to join a fast-paced enterprise technology team supporting critical business applications. This role focuses on test automation, data validation, and quality engineering for a platform that manages complex financial workflows. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of automation testing and development skills, with experience in Selenium, Java or Salesforce, and SQL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium
- Perform data validation and test data preparation using SQL queries
- Collaborate with developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases
- Analyze requirements and create test scenarios, test cases, and automation frameworks
- Identify, track, and resolve defects throughout the testing lifecycle
- Work with large datasets and ensure data accuracy and integrity
- Continuously improve test coverage and automation efficiency
What We re Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience in QA, SDET, or Software Development
- Strong hands-on experience with Selenium automation
- Proficiency in Java with solid OOP concepts OR Salesforce development experience
- Ability to read and write complex SQL queries
- Experience in test scripting, automation frameworks, and data validation
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $60 $65 per hour
This range reflects base compensation and may vary based on location, market conditions, experience, and candidate qualifications.
