Location: Alpharetta, GA

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer (SDET) with strong expertise in Java and Selenium to design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in software testing, automation, and quality assurance processes, along with the ability to work closely with development teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust automation test frameworks using Java and Selenium WebDriver.
Create and execute automated test scripts for web applications.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to understand requirements and define test strategies.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing.
Identify, log, and track defects, and work with developers for resolution.
Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on test coverage and quality metrics.
Ensure scalability and maintainability of automation frameworks.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong experience in Java programming.
Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for UI automation.
Experience in building and maintaining automation frameworks (e.g., TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, or BDD frameworks).
Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA processes.
Experience with REST API testing (using tools like Postman, RestAssured).
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar.
Strong knowledge of version control systems (Git).
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
