Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS HRMS Techno-Functional Business Analyst to support, enhance, and optimize Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS modules. The ideal candidate will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, providing functional expertise, technical analysis, system configuration, and production support in a complex enterprise environment.
The role requires strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS HRMS, along with the ability to analyze business processes, develop functional and technical documentation, and support cross-functional integrations with Finance and Projects modules.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide functional and technical support for Oracle EBS HRMS modules.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Analyze business processes and recommend system improvements and optimization strategies.
- Troubleshoot user and application issues and provide resolution support.
- Manage assigned projects in alignment with internal project lifecycle and PMO processes.
- Identify and resolve integration issues across cross-functional modules.
- Provide functional guidance on RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).
- Support HRMS integrations with third-party systems.
- Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation.
- Collaborate with Finance teams on integrations with GL, AP, PO, FA, and Projects (PA) modules, including employee costing, expenses, approvals, and project labor costing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in business analysis, application design, implementation, and support of IT systems.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS HRMS.
- Knowledge of Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, PO, FA, PA).
- Experience supporting Oracle EBS R12.1 / R12.2 environments.
- Strong experience with:
- Oracle EBS HRMS configuration
- Interfaces and data conversions
- Oracle SQL
- Working knowledge of:
- PL/SQL (for troubleshooting and analysis)
- Oracle Workflow / AME
- XML Publisher (BI Publisher)
- Experience with HRMS integrations and cross-module dependencies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Visio, Project, OneNote, Excel, Word).
