Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience completing full Epic implementation cycles within large healthcare systems
- Current Epic certifications in Inpatient Orders, Bugsy, and other relevant Epic modules
- Demonstrated expertise in enterprise-wide clinical system assessment, design, development, and implementation
- Strong experience gathering, analyzing, and translating clinical and business information into system requirements
- Proven ability to distinguish user requests from true business and clinical needs
- Experience partnering with business users, IT leadership, project managers, programmers, consultants, and vendors
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and evaluate project scope, risks, and benefits
- Epic certification(s) and other specialty certifications from nationally recognized programs (preferred)
- Clinical background (preferred)
- Experience with at least two full Epic life-cycle implementations (preferred)
- Master's degree or advanced clinical degree with two years of lead-level requirements management experience or
- Bachelor's degree with five years of relevant clinical, healthcare IT, or healthcare administration experience or
- Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 2–5 years of experience with Epic EMR and/or other clinical applications
