Job Overview: The Senior Systems Analyst will work independently to define systems scope and objectives, devise or modify procedures to solve complex projects, and manage multiple phases of a project. The role involves collaborating with business customers to gather and document requirements, creating diagrams, and working with user experience specialists, developers, architects, and other stakeholders throughout the application development lifecycle. The candidate will work in multi-platform environments on various project assignments and ensure design consistency and scalability.
Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business customers to understand and document requirements, diagrams, and other documentation for application and automation development.
- Lead and manage application development and automation projects, coordinating with UX specialists, developers, and architects.
- Perform systems analysis and design to ensure effective solutions.
- Evaluate and adapt rapidly changing technology to meet business needs.
- Guide the development of applications that work across multiple devices, including laptops, tablets, and phones.
- Monitor project progress and results, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
Qualifications: - 7+ years of experience in systems analysis and project management.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems (preferred).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to lead, collaborate, and work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in relational database design and knowledge of data sources such as Dataverse, SQL, Oracle, and SharePoint.
- Demonstrated competency in logical and analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Self-starter with achievement orientation, concern for quality, and flexibility.
- Experience in multi-phase or multi-platform projects, ensuring design consistency and scalability.

Pay Range: $52 - $55/hr. W2
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
