Job Overview:
We are looking for a Data Security Lead to own and drive our enterprise data protection strategy, with a strong focus on Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and AI Security. This role is ideal for someone who combines hands-on technical expertise with the ability to lead and evolve a data security program in a rapidly changing digital landscape.

You will play a critical role in safeguarding sensitive data across cloud, endpoint, and enterprise platforms, while also addressing emerging risks associated with AI and LLM-based technologies.

Mandatory Skills:

• 12+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, with a strong focus on Data Security/DLP
• Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Purview (mandatory)
• Experience with Concentric AI or similar DSPM tools (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of:
• Data classification and labeling strategies
• DLP policy creation and enforcement
• Data protection across cloud and enterprise environments
• Proven experience in AI Security / securing AI-driven platforms
• Ability to act as both a technical lead and hands-on administrator

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Varonis Data Security Platform
• Exposure to DSPM tools and insider risk management
• Familiarity with cloud security (Azure preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and lead the enterprise Data Security program, including strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement
• Design, implement, and manage DLP policies across endpoints, email, and cloud platforms
• Define and enforce data classification frameworks and governance standards
• Administer and optimize Microsoft Purview (Information Protection, DLP, labeling, compliance policies)
• Leverage Concentric AI for data risk discovery, classification, and exposure management
• Identify and mitigate data risks associated with AI/LLM usage, including data leakage and misuse
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure adoption of AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT)
• Monitor, tune, and improve DLP policies to reduce false positives and enhance effectiveness
• Provide leadership and guidance on data security best practices and compliance requirements
