Oversee testing activities by developing scenarios, supporting user acceptance efforts, documenting defects, and confirming resolutions before release.
Prepare training materials, user guidance, and operational documentation while providing go-live assistance and post-launch stabilization support.
Manage implementation work using structured project management practices, tracking deliverables, priorities, risks, and progress through tools such as Jira.
Support data migration and integration troubleshooting as part of the overall deployment and configuration effort.

Requirements

Background working within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device environments with strong awareness of compliance-driven processes.
Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare stakeholder and healthcare organization engagement workflows, including contracting, payment handling, and related controls.
Experience with aggregate spend reporting, data validation, reconciliation, recipient alignment, and exception resolution.
Ability to translate business objectives and compliance requirements into system setup decisions, test plans, and process documentation.
Proficiency in project management methodologies, with skills in Agile or Scrum-based delivery and use of Jira for planning and tracking.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.
