The right candidate will take ownership from project kickoff through completion, align stakeholders around goals, and deliver results that meet timeline, budget, scope, and quality expectations.

Responsibilities:
Direct several concurrent projects from initiation through closeout, maintaining focus on deadlines, budgets, scope, and expected outcomes.
Build practical project plans that define milestones, dependencies, resources, and contingency actions to support successful execution.
Partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to capture needs, clarify objectives, and translate requirements into actionable plans.
Identify emerging risks, resolve issues quickly, and adjust project activities to minimize disruption and keep work on track.
Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure deliverables are completed efficiently and according to agreed standards.
Track project performance through status reporting, key metrics, and regular stakeholder updates that support informed decision-making.
Manage scope changes with discipline by evaluating impacts, documenting decisions, and maintaining alignment across stakeholders.
Ensure project documentation follows established organizational standards, processes, and quality expectations.
Promote strong collaboration and accountability across enterprise teams to drive successful business results.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects at the same time, including ownership from planning through delivery.
Strong background in project management with the ability to control scope, schedule, cost, and quality effectively.
Experience working in fast-paced environments where priorities shift and proactive decision-making is essential.
Skill in stakeholder management, including the ability to influence cross-functional teams and maintain alignment.
Proficiency in risk identification, issue resolution, resource coordination, and project status reporting.
Familiarity with Agile Scrum practices and broader project management methodologies.
PMP certification is preferred or a strong equivalent level of project management expertise.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a high level of accountability and initiative.
