Job Description

Talent Groups is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross functional programs supporting a large scale enterprise application initiative. This is a high visibility role focused on driving execution across engineering, product, design, and operations teams in a fast paced and evolving environment.

This is not a traditional project tracking role. The ideal candidate will orchestrate priorities, align stakeholders, and deliver measurable outcomes across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end to end execution of complex technical programs aligned to business objectives
• Drive alignment on scope, milestones, timelines, and success metrics across cross functional teams
• Partner with engineering, product, design, and operations to deliver scalable solutions
• Translate business goals into actionable program plans and roadmaps
• Identify risks early and drive mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery
• Provide clear and concise updates to executive leadership and steering committees
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reporting, and program documentation
• Champion Agile and Scrum methodologies and drive continuous improvement
• Track KPIs and leverage data to guide decision making and measure success
• Manage dependencies, priorities, and competing demands in a dynamic environment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  or equivalent experience with 5 or more years in Technical Program Management
• 5 or more years of experience leading complex, cross functional technical programs
• Strong experience working with engineering teams and technical concepts including cloud, APIs, and data platforms
• Proven ability to operate in fast paced and ambiguous environments
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure DevOps, Power BI, or similar tools
• Strong background in data driven decision making and reporting
• PMP, CSM, or similar certifications
