Database Administrator (Lead) Onsite

Location: Richmond, VA

Exp:10+ years

We re seeking an experienced Lead Database Administrator (10+ years) to support and maintain a multi-database environment in an onsite role.

Required Skills:

PostgreSQL administration
Oracle RAC (Real Application Clusters)
Microsoft SQL Server
Amazon DynamoDB

Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain databases across PostgreSQL, Oracle RAC, SQL Server, and DynamoDB
Performance tuning, backup/recovery, and high-availability setup
Troubleshoot production issues and ensure database security and compliance
Mentor junior DBAs and lead database initiatives

Requirements:

10+ years of hands-on DBA experience across the listed platforms
Strong scripting skills (SQL, Shell, Python preferred)
Experience with cloud (AWS) and on-prem environments
Must be able to work onsite
