Summary

Title:Salesforce Architect
Location: Michigan (Hybrid Local candidates only)
Duration: Long Term
Experience Required: 15+ years overall

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Architect with strong technical leadership, handson development expertise, and deep experience working in Agile, enterpriselevel environments. This role requires strong architecture, DevOps, CI/CD, and multisystem integration skills.

Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of overall IT experience
- 5+ years working in Agile development environments
- 5+ years gathering and analyzing business & technical requirements
- Strong experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines
- Pipelineascode
- Branching strategies
- Automated code reviews
- Automated testing
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical & nontechnical stakeholders
- Salesforce certification required
- 5+ years handson experience with:
- Salesforce
- SQL
- Java
- Web services development
- Strong experience with Oracle SQL (queries, performance tuning)
- Experience with DevOps practices: automated builds, regression/smoke testing, multienvironment deployments
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and provide technical leadership

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with enterpriselevel implementations
- Databaserelated certifications
