**Job Title:** ERP BRM / Scrum Master
**Location:** Hybrid NYC (2 days onsite)

Position Overview
We are seeking a senior-level ERP BRM / Scrum Master who can effectively bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams while driving Agile delivery across enterprise ERP and transformation initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strong Business Relationship Management (BRM) capabilities with hands-on Scrum Master / Agile delivery leadership experience. The candidate should be comfortable operating in enterprise environments, managing cross-functional coordination, governance activities, roadmap planning, and Agile execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as liaison between business stakeholders, finance, operations, and technology teams
* Lead Agile Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog refinement, and PI planning
* Manage ERP-related initiatives and transformation programs
* Support roadmap planning, prioritization, demand intake, and governance activities
* Coordinate with Product Owners, business leaders, developers, QA teams, and PMO groups
* Translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans and user stories
* Track risks, dependencies, milestones, and delivery metrics
* Support executive-level reporting and stakeholder communications
* Ensure alignment between business goals and technology delivery
* Drive process improvements and Agile best practices
* Support enterprise modernization, integrations, and digital transformation efforts
Required Qualifications
* Strong Scrum Master and Agile delivery experience
* Experience working in ERP environments
* Business Relationship Management (BRM) experience
* Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
* Experience with Agile / SAFe methodologies
* Experience managing enterprise-level projects and cross-functional teams
* Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Confluence, or similar tools
* Ability to manage both strategic discussions and hands-on execution activities
Preferred Qualifications
* SAP ERP / SAP S4 HANA exposure
* Finance, accounting, treasury, or enterprise operations experience
* Enterprise transformation or modernization initiative experience
* Product Owner or PMO background
* Experience supporting governance, compliance, or enterprise reporting
