Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior .NET Developer to support enterprise application migration, development, and production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft technologies, application remediation, SQL Server, and enterprise environments, with a focus on application stability, performance, security, and operational readiness.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, enhance, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise applications using C#, .NET, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and VB.NET.
  • Support application migration from legacy on-premises environments to a new enterprise data center.
  • Assess application dependencies, configurations, database connectivity, APIs, and infrastructure compatibility.
  • Perform application remediation, testing, deployment, cutover, and post-migration stabilization.
  • Develop and maintain REST APIs, business services, background processes, SQL components, and integrations.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, database, QA, security, and operations teams to ensure successful deployments.
  • Support production troubleshooting, root cause analysis, monitoring, and operational documentation.
  • Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve coding efficiency, documentation, troubleshooting, and automation.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of software development experience.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise application migration projects.
  • Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and VB.NET.
  • Extensive experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, and stored procedures.
  • Experience working in Windows Server environments.
  • Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, and monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, or equivalent platforms.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills across applications, databases, and production environments.
