Develops software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes. Investigates problem areas. Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.

This position will perform Developer duties that involve the following Power Platform areas: Dynamics 365, Dataverse, PowerApps (Model-driven Apps, Canvas Apps), Power Automate Flows, Power BI reporting, and Articulate 360.

Minimum Requirements:
Candidates who do not meet the minimum required skills or experience can still be shown to customers, but they may not be selected for the job.

• 8 Years Required: Experience working with Software as a Service (SaaS) or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environment.
• 5 Years Required: Hands-on experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365, PowerApps, and Power Automate technical solutions.
• 4 Years Required: Experience developing applications using the Microsoft Power Platform.
• 2 Years Required: Experience designing and developing Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps using Microsoft Dataverse, SharePoint, or other databases as backend data storage.
• 1 Year Required: Experience developing Power Automate Flows, Desktop Flows, and Business Process Flows.
• 1 Year Required: Good understanding of Dataverse tables and how they are used.
• 1 Year Required: Good knowledge of Power Pages portals.
• 1 Year Required: Good understanding of the Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Admin Center.
• 1 Year Required: Good understanding of Articulate / Reach 360.
• 1 Year Preferred:Good communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization.
• 1 Year Preferred: Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with functional and technical teams.
• 1 Year Preferred: Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• 1 Year Preferred: Experience working in Agile development and sprint planning.
• 1 Year Preferred: Experience developing and supporting Power Platform mobile applications.
• 1 Year Preferred: Microsoft certification related to Power Platform or Dynamics 365.
