Job Description:
  • Warehouse and Inventory Associate
Position Summary:
  • Client is seeking a Warehouse and Inventory Associate to support daily warehouse operations and inventory management in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • This role is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing critical equipment and materials while maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • The ideal candidate is safety-focused, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a hands-on operational environment where efficiency and teamwork are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
  • Receive, inspect, unload, and organize incoming shipments.
  • Pick, pack, stage, and distribute materials to support operational teams.
  • Load and prepare outbound shipments while ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment.
  • Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock replenishment activities.
  • Track inventory and assets to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Assist with packaging, returns, and Return Material Authorization (RMA) processing.
  • Follow established safety procedures and warehouse best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, workflow, and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with operations, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure materials are available when needed.
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience working in a warehouse, distribution center, manufacturing, construction, or similar operational environment.
  • Experience operating forklifts or willingness to obtain forklift certification.
  • Ability to safely lift, move, and transport materials throughout the workday.
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic and sense of ownership.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Experience with barcode scanners and inventory management software.
  • Shipping and receiving experience.
  • Inventory control and asset tracking experience.
  • Experience supporting technical equipment or hardware environments.
  • Experience in high-volume or rapidly growing operational environments.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday.
  • Ability to frequently lift and move materials in accordance with safety guidelines.
  • Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment.
  • Comfortable working in an active warehouse environment.
Note:
  • Salary Range: $60,000-$90,000 annually, based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
