Summary

Campaign Operations Specialist

Location: 100% remote

Campaign Execution:

Support execution, troubleshooting and tracking of demand gen campaigns
Support the setup and deployment of emails, webinars, and other programs in Marketo
Assist in the execution of Marketo programs by following a rigorous QA process for all marketing assets such as emails, landing pages, and automation workflows
Identify, assess, resolve, and track issues impacting email execution and deliverability
Assist with the test programs to confirm compliance to program specifications
Setup and deploy program specific landing pages and forms
Assist in validating that programs and campaigns scheduled for launch meet the opt-in and global data and privacy compliance
Assist with building and implementing necessary campaign and analytics tracking codes to confirm proper reporting and marketing program attribution
Instruct team resources to follow operational leading practices and protocols
Maintain and document project execution processes

Project Management:

Build rapport with Marketing, Web, Data, Sales and IT to drive results and lead adoption through collaboration within cross functional teams
Communicate with teams to help ensure expectations and deliverables are met
Support timely delivery of emails and program assets
Support requests from Adobe marketers by reviewing and gathering all assets in accordance with requirements to facilitate a smooth program/campaign launch
Help driving problem resolution at the project level
Proactively identify opportunities for program and process improvements

Data & Reporting:

Review and analyze target audience lists/logic and confirm suppression rules are applied accordingly prior to email deployment
Set up program level reporting and schedule delivery
Monitor email performance and provide regular updates
